    Duration: 1 hour; Free; The difference between Gi and No Gi Jiu-Jitsu involves much more than a simple change of clothing. While it's true that the traditional one-piece uniform known as the Gi is traded for a t-shirt or rash guard and pants or shorts, the rules and approach to fighting also change with No Gi. Develop a stronger understanding of the contrast between these two forms of Jiu-Jitsu while also learning the hybrid grappling style of Catch Wrestling. Created in Britain during the 1800s, this form of grappling incorporates Judo and Mixed Martial Arts as well as the use of hooks rather than submissions. Your professional instructor will bring you through fundamental moves as you build strength and stamina through your practice.

    • Understand the fundamentals of No Gi Catch Wrestling with the help of a professional instructor

    • Practice various combinations of hooks, locks, and bars

  • Mixed Martial Arts Rolling

    Duration: 45 min; Free; Are you currently scratching your head and wondering "What in the world is rolling?" If this is true, you've got the majority on your side. If you do happen to know about rolling, you're like already practicing some Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. No matter who you are, you're invited to give this activity a try. Rolling, or free sparring, is a form of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu that centers on ground fighting and the concept of tapping out. With the help of a professional instructor, you'll learn how to use proper techniques such as locks, guards, and submissions. You'll also gain a deeper level of fitness as you build coordination and strength through your practice.

    • Learn the basics of rolling and its effective ground fighting techniques

    • Practice locks, holds, and tapping with the help of professional instructors

  • Grappling

    Duration: 1 hour; Free; Gain the physical and mental advantage over your opponent through the martial art practice of grappling. Whether you're looking to master your moves or explore a new level of fitness, this is your opportunity. You'll learn techniques such as clinching, takedowns, throws, and sprawling. Your professional instructor will be there to guide you through each move and help you get the most out of your practice. In the end of the class, you'll find yourself stronger and more coordinated with a more fleshed out sense of will and toughness. Step up to a new challenge and discover a new you.
